Working with Ruben is a true pleasure. He has deeply explored the most profound and authentic meaning of being human, and his honesty about what is present can really be felt. For me, it has been deeply inspiring to learn from him how to facilitate in outdoor settings. His commitment to opening the heart is so pure that it becomes effortless to open your own heart by his side. As a man, he is a reference of conscious masculinity.

Hey, I'm Ruben
I walk with those who are ready to feel more, more truth, more aliveness, more of who they really are beneath the surface.
You could call me a wild guide, not because I have the answers, but because I trust the wildness, both around us and within us.
As an authenticity and intimacy coach, and a somatic-emotional therapist, I offer spaces where the messy, untamed, forgotten, and young parts of you are just as welcome as your beauty, your strength, and your light.
Where your truth doesn’t need to be polished to be honoured, and where your body gets to lead.
Nature has always been my truest teacher.
She doesn’t perform. She doesn’t rush.
She invites stillness, movement, chaos, and renewal, without apology.
From her, I’ve learned to meet discomfort with care, and to follow the body (my own inner nature) as a compass back to the heart.
In this work, we don’t just talk about your life, we step into it.
We listen to what your body is already whispering, and make space for the emotions, desires, needs, and hidden parts that are ready to be seen, heart and felt. Sometimes gently. Sometimes fiercely. Always at your pace and always is collaboration with your heart.
This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about remembering who you already are, underneath the masks, beliefs and all the protective layers we all have.
Reclaiming what got shut down, learning to live again from the raw, beating heart of your own aliveness.
Becoming one with life itself.
